"Well, maybe someone in this town wants dinnerware, who knows? But I wouldn't bank on it. But kid, this ain't Morrowind or something, maybe there's an NPC out there who'll buy random crap but around here, you've got to have something that people want. If these are made of some useful metal, y'might get some compensation from the foundry. Or some metallurgist." She picks one up. "From the weight I'd guess steel of some kind. In which case I might take these off your hands for... let's see... a potion."

I kinda wonder what made Future!Hugo start wearing a eye patch?

EDIT: Ah well, I guess Kyle kindly carried me in his inventory. How nice of you, Kyle.

(Sorry about that. You guys reached the wall of the town (not the dome) and entered through the East gate. Currently you're at a merchant's place discussing the cups.)

"Depends on the type."
"Well, it's a gamble, since I don't know what kind of steel, but I'll give you a healing potion for it. Good for mortal wounds."

I kinda wonder what made Future!Hugo start wearing a eye patch?
"Maybe I loose an eye at some point? I dunno, you guys were with him when he woke up and left. Did he say?"

Kyle shrugs.
"If there isn't like, any aseptic or something I guess. You know, things like that are always to useful to actually use but something that can clean a wound is much more useful."

"Sorry, but most of my medical stuff got given out already. This town was just sacked, you know. I only have the potion because someone traded it to me a few minutes ago. It'd fix any infected wounds, though that's probably wasting it. But cheer up, it's not hard to find some potent alcohol. We've got people trying to brew everything around here."

"Well... I guess we'll take it then."

Nope he didn't. So what is it like to have a danger sensor abilty?

Zero approaches the window carefully:
“Sorry, miss, do you happen to know where we can find some food around here? By the way, this color really suits your eyes!”

(Armach texted me his input from the dentist's)
Kyle sighs.
"Well... I guess we'll take it then."
"Very well." She takes Kyle's cups, then gives him a stumpy glass bottle filled with a neon-blue liquid.
Armach keeps his share of the cups, but says "Hey I got some alcohol you could use."

endlessblaze thinks for a moment.

"oh and shop keeper lady, do you know of any players that need something done? escort? dungeon crawling help?"
"The whole town's a mess. I, for one, need more things to trade. If you want to help, try asking the guards, they usually have a plan on Tuesdays."

Zero approaches the window carefully:
“Sorry, miss, do you happen to know where we can find some food around here? By the way, this color really suits your eyes!”
(Kyle and Armach looted some food from the Rat Room, I think)
"Do you think so? Well, um, thanks. Food? Eh, you can always trade for it. I'm all out here, but I'll have some more soon. You might also try at one of the religious places or at town hall, they've usually got some for free."

Nope he didn't. So what is it like to have a danger sensor abilty?
"Well, you know that sinking feeling in your stomach when something startles you but only for a second? Like, at start of an adrenaline rush? Or that feeling in your hair when you've got a static charge? Or that prickly feeling when your arm falls asleep? It feels kind of between all those. And there's different grades of it. Like, there's this dull feeling like something might be a bad idea when I'm approaching something, and there's this sharp feeling when something dangerous is coming towards me. Like, imagine someone throws a baseball at you, but you can feel where it's going to hit before it actually hits. Is this making sense?"
