As the generator's hum continues to wind down, there's a loud clank!, and the doors into the Security room slide open. The wisp is too dim (or eyes haven't had long enough to adjust) to see anything outside the doors but the knight is almost certainly still standing right there.

Quasar hops onto Arc's shoulder, deciding to go wherever he goes.
HugoLuman [17] manages to crawl out from under the desk relatively quickly and heads out the North door.

The Knight seems to be remaining still for the moment, but as Iton tries to crawl past it, the Knight snatches at him. [15] Fortunately, Iton manages to dive past and scramble to his feet (so to speak). He makes it to the end of the hall where he feels his feet kick the axe.

The Knight steps into Security just as Arcvasti tries stepping out [19 v 18], bumping into each other, but in his surprise Arc manages to jump back before he can get caught in a robotic bearhug.

They can hear sprinting footsteps coming from the far side of the Arcade towards the South Hall as Iton slips into the manager's office. "R-RUNNING IS UNACCEPTABLE!" HugoLuman rounds the corner of the North hall and looks into the Arcade to see a pair of red, glowing eyes, perfectly circular and set far apart from each other, advancing towards the South Hall. Judging by the sound of footsteps, they're not what's sprinting.
