Prophet looks at the display with his name on it. Ah! I haven't thought about Lukas and Sasha in a while.

(Sorry, gonna have to run some errands. Be back in a bit.)

"Good point. Not dying in the future would be much appreciated."

Looking around the room, there didn't seem to be any apparent exits. "Great, we probably have to do something here."

Space ship?

Iton awakens confused,"Where the heck am I?!?" He says in a confused and drugged voice
"You're safe now, kid. Sort of. You're not bleeding out in a minefield anymore." The futuristic armored figure points to the fabric bandaging Iton's left leg stump. "Welcome aboard this ship. Your friends say you guys came here to help. With any luck, we might free the med bay, then we can properly get you back on your feet." He gives iton a shot of something to help clear his head.

Overworld: Murderstone Talus

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5sDIvpDhKGY

Slowly crawling out of his hiding place, Propman walked up the quite frankly astonished figure and tried to return a smile. "Don't bother talking to them mate, English doesn't seem to be their first language. If anything, that would be violence. Name's Propman; dungeon explorer." He holstered his crude weapon to the side, noting the smell of gunpowder emanating across the area.

The man, who a upon a closer look had quite the stubbly mustache and goatee, as well as a tan fedora and heavily worn suit to match, could only stammer in disbelief. "You...You! Two-Shoe Louie, he- he's in cahoots with the NPCs! Two-Shoe-"

Propman attempted to comfort him. "Slow down sir, I just got here! Slowly take a deep breath, and tell me. Who's this "Louie" person, and why does he want you dead?"

[10] The gesture did little to ease the panicking man, but he seemed to get a better grip on himself on his own power. "So-Sorry, so sorry! My name's, well, my name for ere' is Boyolee, an' I'm- I was one of them suppliers to Two-Shoe Louie's Casino back at town. Bastard got his name cause' legend has it, when he first popped intah' this world, the only thing he had were the two shoes on his feet, an' from dat alone he forged an empire. Man practically runs the town, an' for years he's managed to always gather a stockpile of potions when he needs em'."

Boyolee took a moment to catch his breath before continuing, wiping sweat off of his head using the cuff of his sleeve. "We's always taught dat he had luck an' knowledge on his side, and he would send mugs like me down to them pits in order to gather. We's never ran intah trouble, an' it was a good source of loot, though we hardly ever got experience outta it. Wasn't till I put two an' two together that I figured out why, an' next thing I know, Louie's sendin' in his NPCs to do his dirty work on those who know!"

The mobster's tale was a lot to swallow, and it only brought questions to Propman's pondering mind. "Tell me, are all of these thugs under Louie's influence? My compatriots and I have tangled with them a couple times before, and they seem to be bent on killing."

Taking off his fedora for a moment in order to better ventilate himself, Boyolee nodded. "Yous must be them new kids the town is talkin' about. Louie don't want anybody messing around with his rooms, so he's sent thugs over in order to take care of em'. I don't know how deep his influence is down ere', but he has more thugs then there are players in the town. If he wanted to, he could bring the whole roof down!"

Propman didn't know what to think about that information, taking the time to push up part of his bangs into his hat to keep sweat from dripping into his eyes. "Hmmmm. That is rather unfortunate, as we're mostly just trying to get back to our homes. He doesn't know who we are, exactly?"

Boyolee shook his head. "Nadda. Them goons are bad at relayin' fine information, and you's look like you'd fit right in with your garb. Lay low, and you could pass for another townie easy. Just don't tango with Louie if ya can help it: It ain't worth the trouble, and it's best if the town don't have to deal with it. Oh, and thanks for savin' me there, kid. I haven't ever died before, and don't like the prospect of it. Take this: weird thing I found out in the deeper parts of the dungeons, might be useful to someone like you."

The adventurer's brow elevated at the funny wording of his second to last phrase, but he extended his hand out to receive the object. It was a good sized gem; a polished charm in the shape of a pawn in tanzanite. It vaguely reminded him of the chess room.

"I gotta scram now; Find some way to get outta hea, else he sends a nastier hitman next time." And with that, Boyolee ran out of the cave. Propman's gauntlet blipped as it counted the area as a room, taking him to the next level and suggesting two different abilities.

"PROPMAN. Level 3 Privateer (0/5 encounters to next level). Congratulations. Moves available: Mist of the Corsair, Cold Resistance."

Cold Resistance? Propman wondered what such a thing had to do with piracy, but he was plenty enough accustomed to the cold when it came to his home. The snow would likely be coming down soon, and he'd curse the fact that his hat had no adequate way of protecting his ears. Propman sighed, wondering if he really has been down here for less then a full day.

Deciding that standing around here would do little good, he chose "Mist of the Corsair", figuring he had been overheating in the dungeon more often then he was cold. As he looted the downed robber for his weapon, he wondered how Hugo and the lads were doing, and if he would ever actually get to see them again. Whatever the case, he was sure he'd be prepared to help them, now that he had a few levels under his belt.

[16] What he found did not disappoint him, gingerly picking up the weapon so as to not accidentally set it off, pointing it away from his general direction. The robber was using what appeared to be a Ruger GP100, and in rather nice condition at that. Aside from the six rounds already inside of the gun, there seemed to be a small box containing 12 more in the goon's pocket. Taking the time to remove the holster pouch and setting it on his own belt, Propman moved the liberator to the side in order to make room. A crappy gun was still a gun at any rate, even if he lacked ammo for it, and he could probably either trade it for something better or use it as an emergency weapon if he ever came across another .45 again.

With that out of the way, Propman crawled out of the cave and began to head towards a light to the east, which he presumed was were the central hub was located.

Looking at his alcove, SB suddenly realized some of the models were from forum games he'd been playing when he entered the RPG. There was Haruo, Oliver, Lionan (SB cringed inwardly and made a mental note to close the curtain when he'd finished) Lyle, and V3 Lyle.
