Curiously, rather than a room on the immediate other side, there was an elevator. An astoundingly standard one; cheap carpet on the floor, wood panels on the back, mirrors on the sides, a rectangular handrail. As he approached it, HugoLuman felt something downright ominous about it. He supposed it made sense, but was not deterred. Finding answers might be worth suffering a death for.

At the same time, he didn't think it would be a good idea to go in yet. Not without the others. He put a paw on the elevator doors (hoping the worked like real ones), as if to say wait.

"To be honest these things aren't that hard to kill. They seem to be weak to fire."

The Lieutenant stares at the horsemask for a second before answering. "Good to know. We've got some ethanol in here, though we've been saving it for medical supplies. However, we've been pinned down in here for a while, practically weaponless, and half my men aren't in a fit state to fight. With some fresh meat like you, though, we might break through. Do you have incendiaries?"

[SOLDIER First]

SB waits.

(Beat.)

Christ, did he hate waiting right then.

"Oh, yes, Sorry. I forgot. This should help." The magenta person snaps its fingers again. Crappy elevator music begins humming from the lift's ceiling. "I'm sure your friends didn't run off to do a room without you."

(I'm gonna be impatient.)

"Who the hell is that?" Zanzetkuken said, having traversed through the previous room with Arc and Kevak.

"Ah, speak of the devil! Congratulations, you've just won a free wish!"

There's nothing I could wish for that I don't already have or won't certainly get in the near future.

Everything will come in time, all I must do is complete the tasks that are mine.

(Sure you can join. There's a couple summaries (one short, one long) in the OP, but all you really need to read is the other bits (rules n' stuff) in the OP.)

**Oh please, *I* can think of several ways to twist that. It could give them to you all at once and you'd end up wasting them or dole them out over years. Or it could just give you them until you get yourself killed again by a careless wish.**

(As I said, don't wish for anything.  I can get us infinite even if the rule applies, but I need 3 wishes to do it.

The figure cracks another earsplitting grin. "Try me."

Zanzetkuken grabbed Kevak and Arc by the shoulders, and turned them so the figure couldn't see them.  She points to Kevak, "You wish that 'Splork' means the same thing as 'Wish'."  She then points to Arc, "You wish that the no wishing for unlimited wishes applies just to the word 'wish'.  I will then say, 'I splork that we have infinite splorks to be granted by you.'"
