He unwarps his makeshift bandage and...
"AHARG! DANG IT! SWEET MOTHER OF ARMOK THAT HURTS!"
He stumbles a bit before handing the half empty bottle back to what's-his-name  and tears off a fresh piece of his shirt for a new bandage, wrapping up the wound again.
I am going to need a new shirt.....I really hope this blood will come out of this jacket, any of you know how dry-cleaning works?"
