[15,13 v 18] Just as they reach burst out the door, the Spider catches Iton by his good foot, tripping him. It begins trying to pull him back through the doorway.

((Sure. Bear in mind that, even with a dislocated arm, you have a free arm with which you could grab the doorframe or something))

[3, needed 15 or more] Iton is on the ground, with only one good arm, but that might be enough to put up some resistance as the Spider tries to drag him back into the kitchen.

HugoLuman, unable to think of a good plan in a hurry, steps on Iton, trying to hold him down to make it harder for the Spider to drag him. [10] His added weight does provide some extra resistance, buying some time, but it would be all too easy for the Spider to pull Iton out from under him. He really wished he had working hands at that moment.

((Cheap carpet throughout most of the building, including the Dining Area, bare concrete in Electrical and Climate Control, linoleum in the Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Reception, and rubber tiles in Lasertag. So, here we're on the cheap carpet, which would afford some traction.))

Iton attempts to pry off the spiders grip with his free hand

Iton bends around to reach his foot, pushing HugoLuman off of him and allowing the spider to drag him partway into the kitchen. The spider's fingers are beyond human strength, but he feels that there's just enough slack that he might be able to pull his foot out of his shoe.

[2 v 1] Iton pulls out of his shoe and scrambles out the door, stumbling to his feet, but despite his slow start and off-blanace, the Spider seems to take a second to notice.

Get Hugo and briskly walk for the security office

HugoLuman throws caution to the wind and starts sprinting, preferring to put some distance between the bot right behind them. However, he realizes he doesn't hear the bot behind them and his danger sense flaring at him, so he turns around to see that the Spider had not, in fact, followed them out of the kitchen. Seeing this, he slows down to maintain pace with Iton, in case one needed to assist the other.

"They're on their way back! The spider didn't follow them out of the kitchen!"

As Iton and HugoLuman entered the arcade, they saw GR powerwalking the other way, with the Knight pursuing almost right behind him at about the same speed.
