Kevak joins in with Tech's singing, as he both knows the song and likes it.

(Asking due to the length of time, did you hear that before or after you entered?  If you heard it after, you wouldn't know it.)

(ninjas!)

Quasar seems to relish the foul language as he sings along. "...Twas I who ****** the dragon ****alizing ****aloo And if you try to **** with me Then I shall **** you too!..."

Tech gives Kevak a small smile, stopping primarily due to embarrassment. "Aside from putting distance between us and the pants...what are we supposed to do? We aren't getting into those warehouses anytime soon."
"These people initially came in here about an hour ago looking for hints to open a bank vault. They got to the last clue but apparently weren't up to realizing it."

"Okay. The ropes were weird but otherwise it was fine... do you know what a Dogou is?"
"Other than what this place is called..." he shrugs. "So, what are you going to do now? Did you get any more vials?"

Kevak smiles back. "Loot a few more stores and head back. We're low on food and running into a hungry tiger without something to bribe with is a bad idea."
I've got like ten pounds of MRE's, we are not low on food by far

"Dude, you stopped the song!" Quasar was about to peck Iton's ear but HugoLuman intercepted him. "What's in the MREs? The last cat we had to bribe seemed to have something against plastic."

Iton begins rummaging around the insides of his many pockets looking at the labels and such
They seem to be an assortment of: spam, crackers, chocolate, instant coffee, sausages, jerky, soup powder, cheese packets, spaghetti?, ham and potatoes, and a couple others that I can't figure out...

"Alright, that might be something. But some small fraction of ten pounds isn't much."

[roll for encounter=10, nope]

The next block looked like the edge of a small strip mall fallen on very hard times. It had fairly dilapidated buildings, boarded up and chipped plaster, but one in somewhat better condition stood out like a store thumb. It had a garish purple and white facade, with a large painted neon sign above in good condition aside from missing most of its letters: it read:

_______________'s:

The only visible signs are the hours of operation, painted onto the glass, and "Sorry, we're closed"

HugoLuman heads on over to get a danger reading on the door. It feels a bit eerie, which be now he guesses means there's no immediate danger just from opening it. He looks at Kevak and does his best attempt at a shrug.

Kevak attempts to find a window.
The double doors are glass, push/pull to open from the looks of it, and two large windows sit on either side, all tinted too dark to see more than an inch inside. Aside from that, like with most storefronts in a strip mall, there seem to be no other windows.

Kyle holds up his rope.
"Better."
"Those could be useful. And from the looks of it you found something to make that wall-hanger a bit less useless."

"Yeah, it was a metallic potion. It still needs a good sharpening though..."
Kyle sounds greatly annoyed.
