Looking at the Combat section of the OP and reading about the reactions, maybe the amount of reactions that can be done without penalty can be increased with one of the stats like DEX, SPD, or WIL?

You still have about 20 hours or so.

Beirus, since SaberTooth's character is actually taking an action now you cannot cast a spell and attack at the same time (unless you'd be attacking using the spells effect).
