I found out how to remove that super annoying desert haze. Great thing is it's client-side.

Apparently BoP modifies deserts to give them a new sky colour and some super annoying haze, so you need to go into [file that FTB is saved into] > FTBinfinity > minecraft > config > Biomesoplenty, and edit the biomegen.cfg (I use notepad++), search for Desert and there should be

    B:DesertHills=truejust flip the true to false and goodbye haze.

But will it still be recognized as a desert biome?

Well, I have built a limestone path from my house to the maple valley tunnel near Aklyon's, and chiseled the path from there to near MagmaMcFry's house. It took faaaar too much time.

as it is a client side fix, the deserts would still be seen as a desert by the server, so shouldn't cause any issues

So, is anyone interested in funding some bee research? With some ender pearls and a couple Oblivion bees from the End, and also a metric ton of bronze and bees and energy, it is possible to mass-produce ender pearls!

... Of course, if we have End access, I'm sure somebody will set up an Enderman grinder and it'll all be moot anyways, but...

Goddammit. I crash the server by my very presence. I'm guessing that PIM screwed my inventory up good. It'd probably be wise to give me a full player reset or whatever's possible there.

IIRC, they have to delete your player.dat off the server for that, aye?

I might, maybe. I'm trying to get an induction smelter up for steel so i can get solar panels up so i can wean myself off using the Stirling Generator for power.

i think my total contributions have been along the lines of a stack of iron and ten diamonds, and those ten diamonds are in my inventory right now i think so probably SOL

then again, combat is also what i'm best at right now, or it would be if i had my inventory heheh
