Well, the nuke thing was probably a grief protection thing. Other than that, there's a few major recipe changes, for example that TE machine casings and EnderIO machine chasses require steel. Also quarries are more expensive, and some other recipes now use items from other mods. Magic stuff is basically untouched.

Apparently multiple people have had this problem before. The solution is to go to the settings tab of the FTB launcher and increase the memory allowance. The default is 1 GB, which is Not Enough.

Also the server is down, seems like the entire CreeperHost service is down for some reason.

All those mods and no HarvestCraft... I've been trying to find a big modpack including HC for ages, and none of them ever do. Am I the only one who loves that mod?

Oh hey! Foolishly, I looked under H and didn't see it in the list. I always forget it's called "Pam's" HarvestCraft. My mistake.

Well, then, this really does look like it has something for everyone. Now if only my computer could handle it... I'm debating over whether I should buy my new computer before I find out what my visa status is going to finally be. But I just got a Christmas bonus which was a lot bigger than I expected... maybe I should just go for it. If I end up having to leave, it will only be for 3 months anyway, and I still have 6 weeks here at the very least before that happens.

If I end up getting it, you can be sure I'll be joining in with this server. I suppose you probably have it set on hard difficulty, though? Everyone always seems to favor hard difficulty, though I've never understood why.

After increasing the memory, it boots up fine, but when I get on the server, the screen goes black and the console is filled with
