Not really. The only think i've done nearby is a zombie spawner but i removed that cage again so there shouldn't be anything I've done.
You could try to fly over to maunoirs farm and see if something happens.

Okay, finally we know what's wrong: The server node I was on had a broken RAID, so weird stuff was happening all over the place. The server will now be transferred to a different machine, it should be all better now.

Alright, server's back up! We've migrated to another machine with less broken hard drives, and we have a much better tick rate now.

Yep, that's because it's down again. This time it's because Minecraft is running out of filehandles it can keep open at a time. I'm currently negotiating with tech support if I may change the server OS's hard filehandle-per-thread limit while keeping my tech support package.
