Who would be interested in a forum game which has the same mechanics as this, but is set in Mengalir's past (before the golden age of walled off monsters and etcera.) And has a wider choice for races and has a class system?

You just want to get out out of the mess you made with airships, but I am interested.

...was that an insult?
Louis looks at the man with mild surprise, as well as some curiosity.
Because I honestly have heard much better ones before.

Hey, it's alive!

Head to my quarters and lay out my mapping equipment and other belongings before finding the navigator. Ask him where we are heading, and if he keeps records of dragon attacks.

Your quarters could be less described as a room and more of a large closet, but you imagine the sailors only get a exposed bed, you lay things out the best you can and look for the navigator, (INT 8+2) you find him on deck talking with the captain, (CHR 10) you manage to get him to talk to you but both him and the captain are quite annoyed, (CHR 1) before you can even get the first word out the captain flies into a rage for wasting his time and forces you to a wall and draws his fist back to punch you, defend yourself or just take the hit and go back to your quarters?

"I could do with some, yes."

Quickly circle the golem to confuse it further and then stab it as fast as I can.
(16+1) It turns to follow your movement but it's swaying violently, addition 1- to avoiding strikes, (STR 2+1+3) the sword bounces again and is slightly bent, you doubt it'll take another botched strike, the Golem takes a clumsy strike while still off balance, (DEX 5+3 due to off balance enemy) (END 5+1, 2+ for glancing blow.) it's a glancing blow but your pretty sure it cracked one of your ribs, the Golem re-balances itself.

Tiles replaced with # due to . shaping rather awkwardly.

See whats in the armory.
Rifles, pistols, crossbows, bows, spears, a couple pikes, swords, some long axes, even a few throwing axes, it also has steel mail, there's also a steel door with two differently shaped key holes on it, when asking someone nearby what's in it he says no one knows except the captain and first mate.

Guess you lot are paying for those 20's a while back.

Duck under his arm and run off, apologizing profusely.

Thorgrim grabs a crossbow - in case something is out of hammer range - and heads down to the engineering deck to start spouting questions.
Thorgrim. New engineer. Nice to meet you. What's the pressure on this thing? Where's your safety valves? 'sthat a full 5 thumb inlet? How much coal does it need? What's that tube for?

Nemo sighs, nursing his head. It looks like he will have to find a way to break even this haul.

"I would rather say that I'm here to prevent something like that happening to the crew to begin with, but I can't be blamed if I don't have enough fund to afford medicines."

Acquire at least 4 pistols, preferably revolvers. And a large set of throwing axes as well as some light scale armour if possible.

(DEX 18+1) You skillfully move out of the way, the captain seems to be calming down even as you run away, he leans against the wall for a minute and then goes back to talking with the navigator.

Pick up a handful of rubble and just throw it at the golem's head.
(STR 17 2- for ranged attack in melee.) That seems to do it, it dents the Golem's head, it holds it's head for a few seconds and then falls over.

"Well that was messy, please don't try to do that thing you did at the start of the fight again."

Scovel drops the prison bar and picks up one of the Golem's axes.

The apparent lead engineer comes over. "Slow down, have you ever worked on a airship before?"

Nemo sighs, nursing his head. It looks like he will have to find a way to break even this haul.

(13) You get a brace of revolvers and put on scale armor, unfortunately your not quite sure how to carry the axes.

The Gunsmith is a human. (CHR 20) He's about to say something but then see's your eyes.
Err, well I don't sell tools, I make guns, and even if I did, I doubt you'll be able to carry a forge and anvil to your house, feel free to make a new gun with my forge though, free of charge.

Apparently EagleV's color is a blue glow, the captains first mate's color is a pink glow now.

Everyone in the dock and on the ship hears the first mate bellow.
Prepare to set sail!

Three turns until the Marauder's Hammer set's sail.

The apparent lead engineer comes over. "Slow down, have you ever worked on a airship before?"

"Most of my work was on the loading cranes, sometimes the city engines, and the occasional ship if they needed urgent repairs. Never in flight. Sorry I got a little exited, it just looks much better than the rusty old crane engines... You the boss?"

Go find the captain to find out where we're off to.
(CHR 2+2) He seems to still be recovering from his earlier outrage. None of your business! Ask again and I will have you thrown over!

Look around for the mess hall, and eat something.
You figure you could do with something to eat after that incident, you find the mess hall and start eating.

"What? You mean try diplomacy that would possibly result in your freedom? Alright. Where's your ship?"

Follow Scovel if he leads me somewhere.
"That wasn't diplomacy that was stupidity."

He heads for the docks, keeping out of sight, (DEX 17) no one see's you either, he eventually comes to a warehouse door with no apparent means to get in from the outside, he knocks 3 times in rhythm, (INT 11+1) you're reasonably sure you could repeat it the same way, the door opens and a Elf greets Scovel, Good to have you back captain, who's the girl? Just a friend who helped me get out. the Elf opens the door the whole way and both of you walk inside, you see a large airship, fitted with harpoons at the front along with a ram to help with boarding, there's also ballista as well as cannons, "the ballista are for shooting flaming shots, firing incendiary shots from the cannons is too inaccurate and risk crashing the enemy's ship."
The Elf runs off and starts telling the crew to prepare to set sail. "My first mate, he's useful, he thinks a bit too much like me but I'll deal with him running off with my ship and treasure when he decides to do it, he can organize the crew in confusion pretty good, good a in fight as well, get aboard, we need to get out of here before anyone know's I'm gone."

Two turns until the Marauder's Hammer set's sail.
