Who would be interested in a forum game which has the same mechanics as this, but is set in Mengalir's past (before the golden age of walled off monsters and etcera.) And has a wider choice for races and has a class system?

You just want to get out out of the mess you made with airships, but I am interested.

"An enchanted book? For me to keep? Thanks a million, mister!"
Trying her best to keep her voice down, Liliana thanks the librarian profusely, before she realizes something slightly off about all of this.
"Not to look a gift horse in the mouth or anything, but this isn't exactly official library policy, is it? I'm not going to have guards chasing after me calling me a book-thief, am I?"

Nemo is bartering with someone in the Hunter's Guild for some portion of monster organs wit medicinal purposes, since it's cheaper here.

Say, good man, I'd like working as an on-board mechanic for once, change in scenery and all that. And, well...
Thorgrim leans in for a whisper.
I have a feeling the lad will run into trouble if there's no responsible adults nearby.
He continues on full volume.
So you wouldn't happen to know of an airship looking for an engineer and a gunner, would you?

Unsheathe my sword and attack.

"Then come on! Kill me where I stand! I welcome your challenge!"

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

He draw's his warhammer and puts into into a defending position, (DEX:3) (STR:14+1) despite the majority of your blow landing on his warhammer's head you hit it quite powerfully and he is visibly stunned. (he won't have a action for next round.)

The 3 Golems move closer, the Jailmaster appears to be aiming a shoulder mounted gun.

"No, it doesn't belong to the library, it's mine."

"...No, 20 silver monarchs and not one less!"

Quick money lesson! A sword cost's 5 silver monarchs, a cannon would cost 50, a fully functioning clockwork Golem would cost 400, a airship would cost 1000, or one gold monarch.

Though I'd appreciate it if not much focus was put into money.

No I couldn't think of a decent name.

We do have one, recently made, Marauder's Hammer, don't ask me who names these things, anyway it's not fully crewed yet so feel free to go down to the docks and get on board it, you can't miss it.

Dchar wakes up startled, he had overslept. He looked out the window and saw that the ship was still in port. "Good". He thought. He gathered his belongings. A beaten satchel containing a well worn gunsmiths kit and an old, reliable rifle. Practically moving on all fours, like some sort of wild man he left the ship and rushed into the city, eager to find a new gunsmiths kit. In his fervor, he forgets to seek a map

After about 15 minutes of rushing, Dchar caught himself. First, he pulled himself erect and began to walk like a normal human being, remembering he was back in civilization. Then, he realized he was hopelessly lost and had next to zero idea where to find a new kit.

Dchar looks around and tries to discern where the hell he is

Guildmaster, do you think that ship would have use for a hunter? I could do much better with my research if I could travel around.
Convince the Guildmaster he should let me travel on that ship.

"20 silver monarchs? Why, I'd think there was gold buried in its innards." Nemo grumbled, but still reached in his pouch and paid up.

Purify some health potions from the monster's spleen.

You've run into some pub called the Bitter Willow, you are now the current object of interest for the bar patron's, the bartender asks you if you want a drink.

Guildmaster, do you think that ship would have use for a hunter? I could do much better with my research if I could travel around.

Fine you can go along, good luck with your fairy tale.

Try to decapitate the Dwarf and hide behind a clockwork golem so that the jailmaster one can't hit me.
(14+1) You cut his head off, the Golems fall over, except for the Jailmaster, which is still aiming, it's noticeably a bit twitchy though, you take cover behind one of the Golems.

It takes aim and fires, (17) It hit's the Golem your hiding behind instead.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Dis-dis-discovered, must des-destroy all witnesses.

Alright.

(14+1) You mix together several ingredients with your mobile alchemy set and create two potions of natural regenerating. (I don't really like "instant heal" drinks so have some stuff that speeds up regeneration instead, it's not going to heal missing limbs though.)

Look for any ship seeking an onboard doctor for their expedition
