Mr. Prince would also probably want to taunt the enemy, but I'm unsure if Haspen does that thing.

Ummm Hi first time posting in one of these. . .but ummm I'd like to play if that's ok? I followed one of the other Noble Emblems but ever posted. But I have not read all the rules and stuff. Ok I'm going to leave it at this un-till I know if its a yes or no.

Well I'm not Haspen, but you may need to wait since he specified that he wanted to start with exactly 8 players. These games do seem to allow later joiners often though so he might give you the green light for making a character. If you're not familiar with the rules I'd suggest going over the 1.2 player handbook (linked in OP).
