Ambassador Sand dan Glokta of Zimiateos takes his seat and leans over to Minister Uharo.

''Minister Uharo how do you think today will go?''

Nod to Muska Roko

Representative Diban gives exaggerated bows to everyone present and settles down.

General Assembly: Session GA-B-001

As Supreme Representative of Avalia, it's my honor to invite all representatives to the first ever meeting of the United Assembly. The first, and only matter of this assembly today is the decision upon a budget for it's various institutions.

We believe that the cost should be equally distributed between all nations, and thus propose a general contribution by all members, at 10 million Avalian dollars, for the general administration cost of the institution. Further programs would be funded separately by the beneficiaries.

We now invite all other representatives to give their proposals, if any.

Sashia Themspion glances around at the Delegation and sits down in her seat, opening her briefcase up.

Muska Roko—Miria
: I have a counter proposal. The First Nations should contribute the greater part of the budget, 16 million Avalian dollars, with the remaining 9 nations contributing 8 million Avalian dollars. This way the greater financial burden is taken by those that have the greater voice in the Assembly, and the remaining budget will be identical to that proposed by Supreme Representative Robert.

"If I might inquire, how would this budget be divided amongst the various council and committees? It is understandable that one might ask for clarification before pledging such a large amount, especially if the lion's share would go to a single council. Thus, to prevent such misunderstandings, I would like issue a motion for the release of the division between section of this Assembly, publicly and in it's entirety."

Chairman Conan pushes the doors open and marches into the room. He spends a minute checking his seat for anything malicious before sitting down.

''Both Muska Roko and Sor Gaspar raise excellent points. My nation is but a developing one and needs its resources at home to develop our industry, agriculture and economy. I would also like transparency in what my nation will be spending it's money on.''

Minister Fezzik Uharo — Jegula

Uharo rises slightly out of his seat.

: I agree with the proposal made by Miria! The lesser nations look up to the First for support!

The Supreme Represenative

With all due respect, the vote happens at the end of the meeting.

However as additional clarification was required, I will provide a (slightly) more detailed Document.
