So how exactly is Avalia apportioned, if all players who could get Avalia already have a country?

Okay! We have 11 players. Now,  we need to vote on who plays as Avalia. From the list of 11 players or someone else who has expressed interest in playing, you may nominate another player or vote for someone who has been nominated. Pick whoever you think would be best for the role. First to 6 votes or the highest number when all 11 people have voted wins, assuming they want to play Avalia of course.

My gratitude, Playergamer, and while I have to admit that I have a fair bit of experience in the Political-RPG realm, I prefer a supporting role to the main one. I'll take the position if I'm called for it, and I'm even a bit interested in the responsibilities given to the head, but I'll flat out admit that it would be no guarantee for success.

I nominate 10ebbor10, his strategy/political RPGs taught me quite a bit about these type of games, and since he functioned as GM he already has experience in taking charge over a bunch of players.
