I legitimately said holy shit when I saw that you had 100 destruction, Dejavu.

I've also adjusted the numbers for creation and destruction of a plane.  It is now 150.  100 in creation allows for significant additions to terrain development after the plane has stabilized.  Destruction allows to counter these effects,  150 destruction can destroy a plane of existence created with a score of 150.  Higher scores in creation prevent lower scores in destruction from succeeding.  100 destruction allows for significant removals of terrain features from a plane of existence.

Destruction of a plane requires that at least one of the destroyers manifest and be challenged, same presence rules apply, though it does not change the requisite destruction.  If no god sponsors the challengers, they are a party of unfavored.
