Well, maybe, but, mechanically, the game isn't really winnable if every time we try to act, he can just move a ton of helicopters on top of us and destroy us without doing any collateral damage.

EDIT: as to Taricus seeming superiority, you are rebels of course the military superior to you in brute strength. But you are Six People he is one. some of you can appear from nowhere and attack anywhere on the map. Others of you can block his entire industrial capacity. And then each of you gets support from the outside, which he doesnt. And of course you will get some bad thrashings in the beginning, thats with most insurgencies. Look at the IRA, the PKK, the Chechen uprisings. Those people rose up again and again after being "defeated" repeatedly. you basically have to go and wear him down.

Uh why does Taricus standard army infantry have hard armor?

Didn't you say my only pay comes from players? Or could I contact nations that are against Taricus and they'll pay me to fight against him.

Motorized infantry has hard armor, normal army doesn't.

Can I get prices for basic equipment next turn? I'd like to see how much it would cost to buy:

1 stack of Old Assault Rifles
1 Pick-Up Truck
1 stack of Rocket Launchers/any kind of anti-tank.
1 Anti-Air of any sort.
