Not so. Characters heal non-lethal damage at 1 point per level per hour, so 63 points would be reduced to 41.
Hour 1: 0 NLD - 5 = 0
Hour 2: 1 - 5 = 0 + 0 = 0
Hour 3: 2 - 5 = 0 + 0 = 0
Hour 4: 4 - 5 = 0 + 0 = 0
Hour 5: 8 - 5 = 3 + 0 = 3
Hour 6: 16 - 5 = 11 + 3 = 14
Hour 7: 32 - 5 = 27 + 14 = 41

Right, serves me for assuming non-lethal natural healing worked the same way as lethal natural healing.  Where I wouldn't heal while continuing to hustle.  I mean, if that's the case there's no meaning to the Forced March DC, since you literally just heal all the damage you take from Forced March (this is reasonable assuming third level).  One other problem with that though; by the sixth Hour, I'm exhausted, and move at half speed, and it requires a full hour of rest to be able to move at full speed.  So it almost works.  I'd still be at far too low of health to reliably deal with problems.
