You guys can deal with relations as they come. Just so long as you have something there. Essentially I just want everyone to have a reason to be working together rather than killing eachother.

On the note of PVP... If you want to do PVP feel free. I won't stop you. But I also won't stop everyone else from curb stomping you if you're stealing their stuff.
