Putting into this. Character up in a minute.

I can take a Tier 3 class at Level 3 for +4 LA, correct?

EDIT: Alright if I play as a pixie? Source

No. You cannot. Tier 3 gives you +2 LA... You can play as a pixie if you take a Tier 5-6 class.
Aww, I wanted to play a pixie bard. Hmm, guess I'll play a swashbuckler pixie instead, maybe.

You um... Are aware that pixies are always good right? I'm kinda wondering how you'll handle that little hurdle.

I'm... Not so sure I should let this pixie thing fly. It seems like it would be REALLY powerful... Like... Game breakingly so... Yeah, I'm sorry. The mroe I look at this the more I'm gonna have to say no.

Unless you're willing to work with me on a few nerfs.

Uh, sure, I guess. It's a high LA for the return anyway, and I mostly wanted to play it for image purposes. That and Charisma bonuses.

Actually, Greater Invisibility, Flight, and significant damage reduction are all things that warrant a +1.  After including the stats, it's probably equivalent to a LA +6, regardless of irresistible dance.

I'm just saying that a dr 10/Cold Iron, Greater Invisibility, and all their other special abilities PLUS flying AND spell resistance... That's just way too much for me to be comfortable with.

Alright, I'm more concerned with playing a fairy than minmaxing here. Throw out the DR, maybe?

Okay... i'll allow the pixie thing on a couple of changes. No DR. No Greater Invisibility, Spell Resistance = Character level.

Also, Fly speed reduced to 40'.

This sound fair to you? [All at LA +4 still]

Pixies were kind of infamous as That One LA Race That's Overpowered, as I recall.

Spell Resistance = Character level.

Do you mean SR 10+Character Level?

Can I ditch the spell resistance for some form of Invisibility? I think I can make better use of it for Special Tactics.

Tiny little Helm of Opposite Alignment. (Harb squees at mental images)
Alternatively, being a PC.

Also, I suppose I'll make a character. (Reserved)
