So someone asked me this and I shall tell you all here and now: Leadership feats are okay so long as you don't overdo it. As an evil party out to conquer the world you can't be present for every single thing. It's kinda a trope for the evil folk to have a large organization under them and so a large organization you will be allowed to have.
