Frankis stands up calmly, before placing his right hand over his heart and his left behind his back.

The two men gather at the front of the hall. A woman comes up and joins them.

"I am Commander Tobias, of the Scout Regiment." The man in the green cloak introduced himself. He was tall, lean, and had thin, auburn hair. He had a look of pride on his face.

"I am Commander Gregory, of the Garrison Regiment." Commander Gregory was much older than the youthful Tobias, and looked much more solemn. He was shorter than Tobias, but had a stockier build. His grey eyes were almost the same color as his hair.

"And I am Commander Violet, of the Military Police." Violet's long, blonde hair, flew past her shoulders. She was significantly shorter than Tobias, but a bit taller than Gregory.

Violet came forward first. "All those in the Military Police, come with me. We're making the journey to the interior tonight. Pack your bags, and be outside in 15 minutes."

A few scattered students stood, who all of you recognized as some of the top of the class, cream of the crop.

"The rest of you may be seated." Tobias said to the remainder who were still in the hall, including everyone at your table.

Gregory wanders over to your table. He grabs Alex by the color, hoisting him up in the air with surprising lack of effort for a man his age. "Why didn't you stand?" He asked calmly, but bluntly, not seeming to notice the rest of you.

Kyle sits down and goes back to eating seeming to ignore the sure to be punished boy.

Lilly sat back down in her chair, she gave another salute as Gregory approached the table but otherwise ignored the confrontation.

"Because I didn't want to. Now get off me... Sir."

I sit back down, looking down at my food. While eating, pass a glance at what Gregory is doing.

"Pardon me, he just doesn.t hear too well, and he didn't mean that, we're just joking around, as proud Scouts do"

Begin laughing, and give Alex a punch in the arm, a bit too hard a punch.

[Chromatic Wasp]

Gregory looked over at Clare, smiling.

"You took the words right out of my mouth."

He turned back to Alex. "But frankly, whether you're an insubordinate or just an idiot, it doesn't matter to me. People like you don't last long anyways."

He dropped Alex back into his chair.

"Those of you in the Scout Regiment had best be prepared. You're the next group to leave."

He looked over at Clare. "You can sit, young lady. I appreciate your gusto. You've got a good grasp on things. We could use more people like you in Garisson."

He turned, and walked away.

Lilly eventually pushed her own plate of food towards Erik, she frowned at Alex's comment but ignored it.
