Well, straight off I can tell you that Dragonhide is terrible; it's inferior to Darkleaf or Dragoncraft, or even just buying the metal armour, Transmute Metal to Wooding it and then Ironwooding it. Since you're focused on AC for whatever reason, and want Light Armour, a Darkleaf Breastplate is probably your best bet.
There are probably other better armour types around, but I really cbf to go looking; there are a few nice addons for armour I can think of, though, mostly in Underdark, Races of Stone, Dungeonscape maybe?

A few questions:
In-Progress Character: http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=1000811
a) Where are you using as a source for Half-Golem? The Homebrew on GitP?
b) You have no RHD, Feral doesn't give you Improved Grab, Pounce, or any of the other Special Attacks.

Edit: Character sheet.
How are you getting Elemental Creature?

AC is always good to have, also the more you have the more valu\able the next one is untill they can only hit you on a 20, what should I be going for instead?

edit: got darkleaf breastplate as a preliminary purchase, also where I am spending my money has become less of an issue

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

I will update the list with Player and class here in a bit.

EDIT: I updated the list. I missed a person it appears and as such I have added them to the list.

Edit: Character sheet.
How are you getting Elemental Creature?
That's a confusing question, since I'm not sure what angle you're asking it from.
Quote
Creating an Earth Element Creature
“Earth element” is a template that can be added to any corporeal creature of the following base types: aberration, animal, beast, magical beast, plant, or vermin. The creature's type changes to “elemental (earth).” It uses all the base creature's statistics and special abilities except as noted here.
LA is not a concern, as no LA is listed.
I am an aberration, through Spellwarped.
It is neither an inherited or acquired template.
Fluffwise, he was hit by a miscast, and that's turned him into an elemental slowly.

Source for that?

Manual of the Planes.
Oh, that one. Yeah, that's a 3.0 source. From the 3.5 update booklet:
"Earth Element: Gain damage reduction 5/magic if 8 Hit Dice or more. Gain damage reduction 10/magic if 12 Hit Dice or more. Gain Earth subtype. They have a level adjustment of +5."

Cost: 2000gp

Alright, working on a new character now. Since we could use a primary fighter/big stupid guy, that's what I'll make.
An Artificer Gish requires more effort than I care to expend, so lets try a Warblade.

Sorry about that =S
Though it wouldn't have worked anyway; unless it has a listed LA, it's not PC suited.

Eh. It's no big deal. I've found the Curst template, which has LA as normal.
