That explains a lot.

I think that if you run out of sanity points, you start to lose INT points or something.

Possibly problemstic.

Nah, that's just a myth. I'd probably have noticed if I started getting stupider.

Well no, at the start there was recruitment and some discussion and stuff before the player list was assembled.

Well i start reading the book pretty much when he post the thread so it about 5 day now i guess.

Gm what kind of starting equipment can i expect as a bugbear serf soldier without enough money for clothing?
I dont think i will be naked as a soldier but the equipment say heaviest armor you can find so i got no clue. Also i dont know what skill i should be spending point on:P
Also are you using the occupation start level equal to the root of year spend in it?

Sorry about the silence recently. I've been really bogged down.

Everyone gets a set of clothes. This does not come out of their starting gold. I don't know if this is an actual rule, but it is now.

Now, as I plan game start, would you guys rather start with solo adventures or as a forced party?

Uhh, forced party please. I've got a feeling that I wouldn't last long on my own with only STR 27.
