Hix squinted his eyes up towards the enemy commander. Unimpressed, he simply walks a little ways east and knocks on the cottage's door.
Hix to 12,12. Visit.

The figure stepped out of the old fort, looking around as if trying to remember the surroundings.

: At last... After countless minutes, I walk the earth again... I AM FREE!

The figure sounded like a voice echoing inside a big, hollow room. "It" spotted the swordsman standing nearby, and spoke to him.

: You there, what is going on around here?

"What the hell? Who are you? The white armor... Are you with the Order?"

"Even if he isn't, we can't allow witnesses to live. Kill him too!"

Meanwhile, Hix received no answer. After a knocking a bit, the door fell down. It seemed the cottage had been abandoned a long time ago. However, after looking for a while for something useful, Hix accidentally dropped an old figurine of Saint Helena. On the floor laid the broken figurine and a small purse that was hidden inside it. After counting the money (which was a lot. It was weird someone had forgotten all of that money), Hix took the purse.

The party has acquired 500 Gold Crowns!

: So this is what the world has come to... The first thing in who-knows-how much time I see when I get out is LOOTERS! Listen here, young man...! The figure pointed an armored finger at the swordsman.

And then something happened.

Accidentally Zap Swordsman at (9,4).

Kya is healed (10+7+5)/2=11 HP.

Code: (Seraphim vs Sword Mercenary B) [Select]
Seraphim's First Attack
Seraphim's to Hit=90-3=87. Roll: 6. Hit!
Seraphim's Critical=33-3=30. Roll: 41. No Critical.
Damage=10

Seraphim's Second Attack
Seraphim's to Hit=90-3=87. Roll: 6. Hit!
Seraphim's Critical=33-3=30. Roll: 45. No Critical.
Damage=10

As Seraphim points to the mercenary, lightning strikes attack the man. All that reamins is a charred corpse.

Code: (Kautof vs Axe Mercenary C) [Select]
Kautof's First Attack
Kautof's to Hit=126-2+15=139. Autohit!
Kautof's Critical=15-2=13. Roll: 28. No Critical.
Damage=10+1-3=8.

Kautof finishes the mercenary. The body is quickly pushed by the water, and the river runs red.

Enemy Phase 4

"Another mage... This is bad... The Colonel won't be happy to hear this."

Ballista Operator attacks Saresh
Pikeman C moves to 10,4

Code: (Ballista Operator vs Saresh) [Select]
Ballista Operator's Attack
Ballista Operator's to Hit=79-11=68. Roll: 83. Miss!

The mercenary misses the shot with his crossbow, apparently nervous now that the Knights are getting closer.

Player Phase 5

There are few mercenaries left, and finally the young commander of the knights seems able to stand on her feet.

Varion recovers 1 HP
Klaira recovers 2 HP
Hix recovers 1 HP

Saresh pointed his lance at the ballistician. "Drop the crossbow and come forward slowly, and I will spare your life."
