Can you use skulls for bone crafting and/or making bone bolts?

Hmm, how can skulls be used? Maybe a custom skull-only stockpile lining my road so the goblin armies get a good look at their inevitable fate?

1. Refuse disappears at the end of each season if left outside
2. Make skulls into totems at the craft-dwarves workshop.
3. Make a finished goods pile lining your road, and set it to allow only totems. [Making sure no bins are used to store the totems]

Bone armor is not made from skulls; only regular bones... Note however that bone armor uses the entire stack, even if it's Elephant Bones [13] or Racoon Bones [3].

really?  what are bone helms made of then?  shell?

also, you might want to make a totem pile around your throne.  then you can have the dwarfs chant "blood for the blood god! skulls for the skull throne!"

So I now have a wonderful line of skulls on sticks on the other side of the channel that goes along my road.

It seems that one of the horse skull totems was so disturbing that the dwarf that carried it out there threw up all over it, and then again twice on his way back.

I wonder if this will effect the next siege force?

Dwarves throwing up is caused by cave adaption.

Although the dwarf barf all over the place might affect the next siege force.
