Man, where the heck are the firefighters? The protestors still blocking the fire stations or something? The firefighters have nothing to do with all this.

They're still around, but they've got a lot of fires to put out. Plus protesters make it difficult to get to certain hotspots.

Anyway, national guard has apparently been called for on the scanner. This may be just about over.

Shots fired on West Florissant, apparently coming from both sides. Fire department is withdrawing from several burning buildings until things calm down. Police from all around town are converging on the area.

Yeah, but it's another look at street-level goings-on. Nice to have those before media outlets pick and choose what to show tomorrow. Looks like most of the live-streams are down for the night, anyway.

In other news, all (I think) of the evidence put before the grand jury is being made public. St. Louis Public Radio is uploading everything; if anyone feels like picking through it it's right here.
