Urist Imiknorris: Basically.  Effortless to vote for the person who has claimed to be blocking a town victory by living.  Justifiable because of that.  Unless I find a better target, which I hope to do soonish, my vote stays.

Varee is using his town-claiming role as a defense after I've pointed out that it's worthless.

TheDarkStar: I really don't see this.  All I see is him saying, when asked, that his alignment announcer announces his alignment and is not like what you claimed.  I don't see him hiding behind it, or even bringing it up without being specifically asked about it.  Can you explain this case?

I also asked her if she was a martyr, and behaving erratically (like she is) is one way to get herself lynched. You're just splitting hairs.

As for alternate lynches, Toaster and Jack are both taking the effortless+semi-justifiable route, with Toaster even going so far as to ignore the defense (which is absolutely never the right thing to do), and I'm still suspicious of you for that overreaction.
