Because SBC had the role Bay12Forums, which meant all Bay12 based roles disappeared last night.

Who has the Non-Citizen and Civilian roles?

I've got an ability that allows me to swap one of my roles for a random role my target has. I used this the last two nights. Two nights ago, I gave TolyK Non-Citizen, which makes the owner unable to vote. In return I got The Goudge Inquiry, which gives me a list of who targets who each night, the list including roughly 1/3 of all actions that night.

Last night, I gave Persus13 Civilian, which allows me to talk at night. I got The FHPBYOR Role That Can Only Take Actions When Dead, which does exactly what it says it does. Autos are unaffected.

So TolyK, why can you vote?

I can vote because I didn't get that role. I didn't have the initial role, either, however I get your info from the Inquiry as well.

So... you can't action unless you die. Huh.

I got Non-citizen Night 2 and I previously had the Goudge inquiry until then. I believe I've mentioned this in the family chat. I did not get civilian, and I did not have the role you got last night.
