((This game is set in the same universe as my other game, but in an alternate continuity))

 Eons ago, the great wizard Hagrak began to experiment on wasps, and ants, and other creatures. He slowly and steadily improved upon them, eventually creating one of the most dangerous race of them all. The Formneric. He created them to adapt and to evolve, to obey one mind only but to have many, to be the pinnacle of evolution. But despite his skill in creating them, he could not control them. Now the Formneric are loose and are

Forming, soon to form an mighty army
Rising, and seems to be unstopable
At their peak, launching attacks to destroy the final desperate resistance
Falling, as the survivors launch devestating counterattacks
Broken, and nothing more than a scattered remmnant of a once great empire


(( This is another game. The Formenric are sort a mashup of the Tyranids form Warhammer 40k, the xenos from Aliens, the Formics from Ender's Game, the Kai, and the Zerg. It is still set in the same world as my other game, but in an alternate continuity.))

Ingesters- ingest raw materials, converts it to slurry. Needs 2 units of slurry or 1 of biomass
Converters- converts slurry to biomass. Needs 2 units of slurry or 1 of biomass
Manipulators- manipulates biomass to get genosk. Needs 2 units of slurry or 1 of biomass
Excretors- Excrete slurry as brecken. Needs 2 units of slurry or 1 of biomass
Queen- reproduces. Needs 4 units of slurry or 2 of biomass
Drone- reproduces, takes genosk and finds traits. Needs 4 units of slurry or 2 of biomass
Guards- protects hive. Needs 3 units of slurry or 1 of biomass


Each turn lasts for about a week. For each turn a member of the hive gets insufficient food, it drops one level.

 The Last Empress spoke to You. Run my daughter run! Our enemies approach. You run desperately, gathering a few of the Lesser Children with you. You tell them, Our fire has not yet burnt out, a few flickers will burn on. Other Queens and Kings run with other entourages. You feel their thoughts on the surface of your mind, and cries from the Warriors, Guards, Soldiers, and Commanders who fight desperately to hold off the Enemy.  One by one, those screams begin to wink out. You grow distant, the connection between you and the other Queens and Kings fade away, but the Empress still holds some small tie between your minds. Then a great psychic scream rips through your mind, and the connection snaps all together. She has died. With your eyes you see many of the survivors die, and you flee further. The 3 Warriors who came with stop to slow them down. You run. Finally, at long last, you come to a safe place. Here you have some choices. Do you go

West, to a dry, sandy land with a few scattered specks of green?
East, to a series of mountains with a few scattered villages
North, into the rich forests and fields, where you don not know what awaits you
South, where the land truly blooms, but is also thick with those who are your enemies
