Shiro is in the school research labatory, reconstructing and deconstructing atoms, practicing his alchemy. He often writes things down in his black leather A5 notebook about the different reactions. He tries to combine different geometrical circles.

"Well anyways, if there is actually something to splurge on, I'll just sell this disc-thing to the Crafting Club. Haven't seen anything like this anywhere else, even when researching it, so I figure it's rare, difficult to make, or no one had the idea. Either way, probably worth a fair bit."

Louis gestures to the hammerlock as he gets back up. Though he was still evidently quite tired, his was certainly getting rather excited. "I did it. I finally fucking did it! Managed to make a coupla things with enchantments. One for you, one for Amy. Was going to make on to help Marcus out with the writing problem, but you solved it already."
He hands over the pendant
"Remember that load system I mentioned earlier? Well, I figured that seeing as people here can be kinda violent and people tried to cap each other during fighting class, I might as well give you something in case you need to use it. If you make a musket with that system and used this as the hammer thingy, it ought to be able to handle all the firing 'n' shit without needing something weird and tricky to set the shots off in the proper order."

"Hm. That might not help, considering how badly the last attempt to get our magic to work together went."

Shiro is bored out of his mind. He hasn't made his friends yet. He was alone in the school labatory, just reconstructing and deconstructing things. Perhaps it was his intimidating outer appearance? He put his head down and sighed. He closed his eyes to sleep.

"Yeah, I kept that in mind this time. Uses none of my crap, if it cocks up, either I screwed it up, or your magic doesn't like other forms of magic. The enchantment shouldn't leak, it just sparks shit where you want it to, so unless that magic breaks the powder, it oughta work. I think."

"I'll keep that in mind. Thank you."

"Well, I had to make it up to you somehow for peeping on you while you slept."
Louis chuckles, probably lying.

"Eh, you'll probably find a use. I mean, my one isn't exactly one I like either. Unless I become a pro-wrestler and beat the crap outta people with chairs 'n' shit."

"Anyone can enchant. I had to pay for that with my blood and pain. Also, spending a lot of fucking time. But mostly blood and pain. I probably should take more care in future."
