((Perhaps you should just get everyone to write a summary of their character's performance in each class and only show the actual class if something is going to happen there or if there's something that happens which would have actual long-term effects that would motivate or demotivate people to do better during that day.))

"We all mostly arrived during your orientation speech, and got our cards then. Year-round staff usually have permanent cards."
