"Yesterday when I asked the 'bot, it said that the staff didn't get 'em yet, so I wouldn't be too sure."

"Huh," Mitsuru sipped her tea. "That's odd."

"If I were to take a coupla stabs at it, I'd say it's 'cause they probably have trackers and stuff in 'em so students have higher priority. However... it's a bit fishy that the staff who should already have them, do not. 'Specially if they're needed to open doors 'n' shit... Think we oughta ask?"

She nods.

"Especially considering the third year students we are being supervised by, they would have teachers thus the teachers would require ID's unless something has changed..."

Mitsuru drinks the last of her tea and walks to her first class.

Louis nods and heads towards his first class of the day, folding chair in hand.

She's left, apparently, to teach a class, leaving a hastenly scribbled note about 'borrowing' some of Marcus's stuff, to his immense displeasure.


And the first class of the day is languages, which for most people means English.

Despite the school being a magical academy, the English lessons are pretty normal, with students being divided up into two class types: Fluent, and New Speakers. The new speaker class is taught with the assistance of a telepath, which breaks down a decent amount of the language barriers. Most troublemakers are rewarded with the oldest of disciplinary techniques: a firm smack on the head.
