Ghislaine raises an eyebrow at Fuschia, "Really? Your own mother? She's the one who did that to you? You must be joking, right? Despite all that I curse my father's name for, even I know that he wouldn't be so uncaring to do something like that."

Fuschia bit her lip,
"She was, she didn't really seem to care that much towards the end."

"But why? Why would she do something like that to her only daughter? Or at least one of her children."

Fuschia looked like she was almost ready to hit something,
"Because in the end she cared more about her project than she did anything else."

Ghislaine stares at Fuschia for a couple more moments before replying, "I am truly sorry to hear that. I'm not being sarcastic or mean here either. Because even I know how terrible that is, and how awful you must feel. To have been used and abused like that."

Fuschia stared at the demon, her eyes were full of suspicion. Eventually though she looked away

Surprisingly, Ghislaine seems to be completely sincere. "Oh, don't mention it. I would offer to hug you to see if that'll make you feel better, but I suspect that you'll just reject the offer out of hand."

Fuschia let out a small harsh laugh
"You would probably be right"

Tom is...still following them. He seems to be interested in their conversation.

Ghislaine smirks, and pats Fuschia's shoulder with her tail, "Well then, I believe that I should go now. Our pursuer seems to be more determined than I thought, and we can always continue this conversation later. Okay? I am not dropping this just because we were interrupted."

Fuschia nodded, her face had softened slightly.
"Lets go then"

The demongirl doesn't say anything more, but leads the way back out of the bowels of the school.
