Ryuka looks at Marcus and smiles.
   "I-I'm alright..."

It began as a small snicker, then into a disjointed series of staccato chuckles before finally developing into a maniacal laugh. A rather quiet one at that though, after all, it was a library and Louis had no intent on being known as the asshole who was making a ruckus on the premises. Indeed, not even a mordite engraver could create the ideal circle with acceptable accuracy. However, he certainly did not need to engrave anything.

A geometry set, meticulous patience and pencil would suffice. Or possibly even just an ordinary printer. Thus, he attempts to draw the creator and focusing circles on the spot, taking as much time as necessary and drawing it as large as practically possible so that errors are diluted by size. Though not before verifying whether software program and printer could just do the job for him.

Mitsuru walks into the library.
Medea is in the common room, reading a book.

Tohru and Souji head back to the common room.

Mitsuru would be greeted with a distracted smile and wave by Louis as she enters.
"Oh hi Mitsuru, think I've figured a way to do it without the damn tool. D'ya know if just photoshopping a circle and printing it makes it any less magical?"

Unless Louis has a page of paper the size of Taiwan, that isn't happening.

Plus the librarian beats him over the head with a book for being a loud little shit.


"That's good to hear. Have you done anything interesting recently?"

"I would assume so. Technology and magic don't tend to mesh well."
"Oh, hi!" The new girl waves at Ryuka and Marcus.

Louis playfully retorts as he attempts to print out a simple glow circle created using photoshop (the polar coordinates filter works rather well for creating cocentric circles and text arranged in circular arrays) and activate it.
"Says the girl wielding technology made out of magic."

Tom goes to his dorm, and sits on the edge of his bed, thinking.

"Fair enough, it's still worth a shot though. Though then again, a lot of things are worth a shot, 'specially if they bring no risk or anything like that."

"Hm. Indeed."

Marcus looks at the new girl.

"Oh, hi. I'm Marcus."
