Apparently, Louis' jog goes on for all of half a minute seeing as he ends up finding Ailil near immediately. As per usual, he makes a cordial greeting with a wry smile "What's up? D'ya know any enchantment teaches?"

Ailill tries just extending the length of time the spell can see by using scrying techniques to see further back easier by scrying  small light-distances to "see" the spell being cast and thus improve past accuracy.

Entering the library, the usual folding chair absent from his grasp, Louis accesses a terminal and begins the arduous task of researching what circles would be suitable for precise engraving, what their limitations are, and why others are deemed unsuitable. This is especially attentive towards what circles benefit the most from increases in precision themselves, or increases in total output. A secondary point of interest was whether or not a second circle could serve to focus the first, effectively increasing precision without requiring modification to the primary unit.
