Berach walks over to Marcus and just stands behind him.

"Then let me speak, 'cause I think I've found something from fucking 'bout with circles and the disc. Seems that the closer it is to the proper design, the better, otherwise, it's weaker... but, this amp disc? It makes the damn circle imperfect, weaker."
He slowly constructs a simple circle using a protractor and compass. He presses the disc against it and taps it, again, the circle distorts like the previous one.
"See 'ere? It's like one of 'em, f-er, um, fractals, yeah. I think it's got something to do with the weird pattens, I guess the losses from the circle getting screwed up are overpowered by the gains from repetition. Or I'm just groping 'round like an asshole in the dark."

Current divination data appears to indicate that the First Year Student, M. Wearne may have their life under threat by the involvement of entities related to the divine. Scenario data varies and indicates that he does however, posses a reasonable chance of lethally repelling such attempts upon his life. Are there any protocols or recommended courses of action regarding this matter?
