They need to fix that. Dumb people upload custom assets named

NewAsset.crp which conflicts with any of the same name. If they are that lazy, probably a bad asset anyway lol.

I wish space elevators were less bad. Imagine if they acted as ultra-high-level transport hubs. Think your 12-lane interchanges are impressive? Well now ship 160 megatons of ore out to the industrial areas and 160 megatons of manufactured goods back to the Elevator, plus tourists and agricultural goods too.

I'm pretty sure that's within moddability. Maybe even integrate it with local railways for easening the distribution. I'd really enjoy if it had an actual vessel going up and down. It just looks like a big generic sci-fi laser-pointed-to-space thingjamig

I really want that one as a "when". I want "grubs", and "virgin woman" to turn into a dragon. and monkey children to suddenly sprout wings. And I want the Dwarven Mutant Academy to only gain their powers upon reaching puberty. I also have a whole host of odd creatures that only make sense if I divide them into children and adults.

Also, tadpoles.

I have learned that it is possible to raise water levels with sewage.  I found a tiny little lake leftover from when I made the map and figured, 'hey I can just dump the sewage into that and I won't contaminate the river!  Awesome!'

So I build a few houses as riverfront property.  Figure the sewage lake will cause some value loss, but hey it's a strip of perfectly useable land.  Might as well use it right?

I now have a small strip of land with some crappy(literally) houses that seems to have a very unfortunate flooding problem.  Makes Midgar slums look like paradise.   Midgar may have had no sunlight and massive smog problems but at least there wasn't a daily flood of raw sewage.

Yeah my last city faced a temporary flooding along the river, rendered a few bridges unpassable.  I had so many pumps that the river was backing up from the sea, bringing the sewage with it.  I moved the pumps to be distributed on a lake nearby and the tidal wave created on the old river by this was pretty big.  Also my dam went from producing 450mw to 580mw after I moved those pumps away.

I've found that you need to distribute your pumps around otherwise you can actually cause backups by leaving them on a single river.

I actually had a lot of pumps in one place, which reversed the river and caused poo water to get into water supply. The top part flowed normally and the bottom reversed like this:

Should've taken some screenshots before a tidal wave of poo destroyed the city.

Just because this Sim City doesn't let you drop meteors on your city, you don't have to make the apoocalypse happen :/

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Anyone interested in Municipal Electoral Simulator? I mean, a succession game?

One or two or four years per turn, vanilla/stock setup. How's it sound?

Let's make it a drunk succession game, like drunk fortress.

This would need video (Youtube) evidence.
I don't own the game though, but would be fun to watch.

Specially since it seems to be easy to screw things up from the videos I watched  :P

It honestly feels like a lot of their problems came from the fact that their entire team was composed of cats, and the people who were supposed to be herding them were also cats.

You know what would be kickass? If you could built everything on stilts. Residential lots, services, everything (like how you build those water windmills). That way you could flood everything with poop and have everyone living on elevated roads and houses on top of it.
