Probably. When I said without realizing it, I meant that they don't realize all the information that just got forced into their mind and processed, it's effectively blackbox magic.

My history with Snipers in XCOM has always been rather good. I could safely rely on most shots with at least 30% to hit and maybe even kill the target. Those times they missed, were usually not that bad a set back and are often me just being efficient.

When a Sniper misses a 97% hit, against an over-watched enemy, who I HAVE to kill and my only other shooter is an LMG-user... I begin to question why I even brought them.
