Well, they aren't musclebound and they aren't truly clairvoyant, but here's my pro-wrestling oracle business teacher.

• Pythius Lichtenberg

Description:

• Currently, the entity exists as a faceless, genderless mannequin of enchanted aerogel. The figures that are it's namesake are spread through the form like an odd, decentralized nervous system. However, as it strides upon it's the doll joints, the patterns slowly shift and the increase in concentration around the more relevant bodyparts. Encasing this form, is a full set of Maximilian armor, in part to compensate for Lichtenberg's otherwise absurdly light weight and in part to reduce reliance on the shatter-proofing enchantments upon its body.

Background:

• A broken marionette was found in the attic of a condemned house. Around it, the floor had been warped and twisted into odd forms, partially cocooning it. Upon being approached by investigators, the puppet seemed to move and offer it's services in return for being provided with a suitable vessel. Out of sympathy, one of the those present indeed did so, providing it with one of his daughter's dolls in spite of his colleague's fears. The following years were rather interesting, it's rescuer soon enough became rich through investing in certain technologies that proved to develop into highly profitable long-term investments whilst the entity itself was progressively given larger and larger bodies. Forty years later, by his bedside, attended by family members and a repurposed crash-test dummy, that rich man passed away. The dummy was never seen again. Five years later, a professional wrestler by the pseudonym of 'Pythius', a masculine form of 'Pythia' rose to a certain degree of prominence, in part due to his penchant for calculated strikes and in part due to having seemingly no hint as to who lay beneath his mask and cloak. Vanishing, presumed dead or crippled during the Layar War, he disappeared with as little a trace as he entered. Several months later, a recruiter for the school was approached in an alleyway by the a figure with a striking resemblance to the missing wrestler who professed a wish to apply for a job.

It can't seeing as divine artifacts already exist. As the terms of it's ability is that it cannot exist just yet, it is incapable of manifesting anything of that sort seeing as Divine Artifacts are often ancient.
