It's solid light, sort of like a fluid in an area shaped like the object, the object it's self is cohesive but within it the light is still shifting a photon in the center one second may be at the edge the next, they are also very magic, and cant enter anti-magic fields, and why they don't cost mana, they lock it

Welcome, new students, to the Casablancas Islands, home of the New Dawn Academy.

During your stay here, you will learn to control and hone your various abilities into skills that can benefit all of humanity. You all come from a diverse background of countries, races, and even celestial bodies, each with your own... interesting backstories. While you are here, you are all equals. Your histories are now behind you, for better or worse.

Here, you will all start anew. Welcome to your New Dawn.

New Dawn Academy starts immediately after the end of RotMG V2, and it takes place during the conveniently sized 5-year interval.

Until a combat system is decided upon/created, this game will implement freeform combat, only when absolutely necessary. Try not to go on a suicidal rampage before that point.

Damn i missed the very start of this, oh well here is the character

Student's Name: Amy (short for Amaterasu, named after the goddess ... she hates that and shouts at anyone that calls her by her full first name)

Description: Of small mid size, Amy has waist length black hair and brown eyes she is visibly of Asian descent, although not completely, she wears mostly practical clothing, in direct contrast to her parents' wishes of frilly skirts etc. ((may add more as I figure it out))

Background: Amy was born in Wales, and despite her appearance pointing to the contrary, she speaks welsh fluently and speaks in a welsh accent, from about 2 hours after birth she was obviously manipulating light, and her mother suggested the name after the Japanese goddess of the Sun. Once she was a child rather than a Toddler, she had already learned NOT to play with light when others were around, especially though, even though it had inspired the name, her parents had not wanted her to use her abilities. She did modderately well at school, not making many friends because they would always feel that she was hiding something.  Once magic was revealed to the world and the New dawn started, her parents basically forced her to go

Ability: Light manipulation in two modes (mode one is basically a photonic mage, mode two is creation of hard-light objects, each of which locks mana until dispelled or dismissed)

On an interesting note, Kaiser was originally supposed to be a photonic mage.

Description- Ailill looks to be about 19 years old with a well muscled frame standing about 6' 10" tall. He has straight light brown hair and a well kempt lightly oiled beard. He wears woolen trousers and a woolen tunic with a leather vest lined with fur, in the cold he wears a hooded cloak.

Background- Born in northern england past hadrians wall and raised there until his powers manifested a few months ago. Knowing of a foundation of a new school of magical training he journeed there to get a hold of his new powers.

Ability-Fate of Heroes (allows for changes to the dice rolls from 1dx to rtd-1d6 [with all of the results] this can also be used on other characters but takes longer)

Ability: Gauntlet of Verethragna- After 'accidentally' killing a god, it's power transferred into a gauntlet on his arm. This gauntlet now stores 10 high-level spells that may only be used once a day.
