Hero's Fate causes an act to be determined by RTD rolls. Allowing people to surpass both limitations and logic alike. Or fail horribly. So far it's pretty much par for course. On one hand it made Mitsuru fall in love at first sight, on the other hand, an attempt at antimagic set a desk on fire instead.
