She is a tall woman with short blonde hair and bright green eyes, with a purple cape trailing down her back. She claims that she cannot use magic, yet seems very knowledgeable on the subject. Nobody knows where she came from nor how she acquired her vast knowledge, but her usefulness to the Academy cannot be denied.
