At the end of today, I will be going offline for a significant length of time. During that time, I shall defer control of Louis and Pythius to Elf and Smurf respectively. I may remain inactive until the 31^st of next month, so I guess as an incentive to Elf for actually helping manage my own affairs, he can go ship/marry of Louis to Mitsuru or something.

For the sake of keeping Louis active, just not present in-post, I'll post a summary of his actions for the duration of my absence:

Louis' behavior remains consistent. He continues to lie when possible and is relatively easy-going. There are also more occasions that imply that he is secretly a magical automaton if his occasionally mechanical action descriptions and repeatedly mentioned doll-like appearance didn't give it away already.

Louis has apparently made it a point of focus to keep his relations with his dorm-mates as cordial as possible. Therefore, he makes every attempt to be as helpful to them as possible, provided of course, they tolerate the customary bluntness and accompanying butchery of the English language that comes with it. The bulk of his conversations involve them and it seems that the majority of the other people he often interacts with are acquaintances of the trio, though he is indeed progressively warming up to some members of his elective subjects as well, particularly those with whom he shares multiple classes with.

Of particular interest to him, are Mitsuru's exact motives for choosing him, a habitual liar and ex-thief as a confidante in regards to her past and why her rather banal past is even worth hiding.

It seems that Louis subscribes to the philosophy of the German School of Fencing, particularly the principles of J. Liechtenauer in regards to focusing on an efficient offensive and the abandonment of anything that is purely defensive. Unfortunately for him, he lacks the footwork, stance, and unpredictability required by that style. Furthermore, whilst he displays remarkable skill in flicking, he is wholly incompetent in virtually every single other technique and has effectively zero understanding of the concept of priority.

He primarily partakes in mundane foil fencing, utilizing a gardere grip. However, he was briefly attracted to mundane épée fencing due to the lack of priority rules, a venture that yielded little gain as weapon's lower flexibility lowered the effectiveness of his only truly viable offensive technique to an impressive but still entirely unacceptable level.

Louis is now in the club room less, content to work on his personal projects outside of it, allowing him more time to socialize and actually participate in fencing. His primary project is, of course, the lamp staff. However, he has taken a certain interest in the projects of his fellow club members, in particular, Ailil's. Thus he attempts to assist others when possible, making up for his lack of skill and experience with unorthodox approaches and lateral thinking.

He has, presumably to the relief of his acquaintances, begun to take more care with his work. Not too great an improvement, seeing as he'd often leave the club room sporting a fine dusting of ash and sawdust, but enough so that the cuts, bruises and burns are noticeably absent.

Mitsuru continues doing well and attending clubs, continuing to befriend people and trying to reach out to Fuchsia.

Tohru continues being ditzy and makes more friends but flags somewhat in classes, despite tutoring and her best efforts.

Medea continues being Medea. Only with a tiny, tiny, tiny bit of defrosting.

Kyle continues faffing about. Mostly coasting along in his classes. he tries to make friends in his own unique way. So that probably fails.

He does fine in his classes.

Madi does what she does. Doing her schoolwork, practicing her skills, and working on defrosting Medea. She seems to be excelling at fighting class, showing evidence of previous training.
Inno focuses completely on school.

Tom does...okay...in his classes, but spends most of his time talking to people and being annoying. He's especially annoying to Ghislaine, and has a tendency to just appear out of nowhere.
