Did she fall any distance onto any object.
No.
Clarification: does this mean that after she died, she did not fall over?

Was the added height from the shoes a contributing factor?

Oh, I believe she fell over, yes. Sorry, misinterpreted you.
Yes, the added height from the shoes was the most important factor in her death.

Did her death occur inside a building?

Did her death occur outdoors?

Was any bone other than her skull damaged by her death?

Was any part of her below her waist damaged by her death?

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. A rat in boxer shorts smoking a foul smelling cigar is banging on a cabinet shouting about rent money.

Was a ceiling fan involved in her death?

Should the human involved in her death have reasonably known what he was doing was a poor idea?

Did the human's participation in her death involve mechanical things?

He could have noticed her shoes, but no, it was mostly her own fault.

I think I speak for everyone when I say this is far more difficult than I thought it'd be.

Did her death involve blunt-force trauma?

Was the handheld item involved in her death in her possession at the time of death? The involved human's possession?
