And MV, you know that if you lose the focus you can't use magic.

Could you explain this a little more clearly?  I don't think that I currently have a focus.  I just assumed the magic was coming from my hands/the plane of far too many teeth and eyes and claws and tentacles.

I have several powers that I am currently choosing from, but I think that one really treads the line between portals and not-portals.

The Vault: A pocket dimension of sorts, in which Z can store objects, as well as take them out and launch them out of the Vault at high speeds.

Also, would this count as a Magi power, or do I have to go with something else?
Magi power. And it won't count as portals unless he can open only one at a time.

No Smurf, it simply borrows from some things that I already made there. Also, Kyle exists but that's a given.

MV, Yes, that is correct, I'm just saying that if you do have a focus that can happen.

I don't want to make things. I want to shoot a gun and run away. :P
Tech
Er...
Buy a jetpack. Buy a gun. Boom.

(Masters having masters having masters having masters having masters having techs)

Not unless they're sentient in which case the class is anything but master.

Wait. How would...

I don't think being all the toys was meant to be the spirit of Tech. :P

Is there a possibility of having a guy with no class, therefor having no modifiers?

Well, it's more 'open several at a time' but at the same time living things literally cannot exist there. Any that enter die painful and violent deaths of exploding.

Yeah.
Tech gets to have all the toys.
Cyborgs get to be all the toys.

Also, didn't Tech's stats excluding M Attack and M Defense cap at fifteen?
So...
Would not the people with higher Skill and M Defense stats be better for building that plasma thrower? :T

A mundane class, standard soldier type.  We have walking tanks, WMDs, Tinkers and Beastmasters.  It does make sense for us to have normal people fighting.  D Class subjects or Agents.

Hell you could give them a bonus chance have something wierd happen to them for coming into contact with various things.

One portal at a time or nothing.

Techs also have nothing to spend points on after a time though. That means a Tech could totally design it. And if they rolled high enough make it due to the instructions neing so clear that no one could mess it up.

So basically you guys want someone who's only thing is being molested by things man wasn't meant to know and probably not have stat caps?
