No. He does not. The kitchen staff need those things to cook for everyone.

Would it be better to make a Master character who has the monster as a companion or set her as a Magi and just have a second weaker character as her handler?

Or we can compromise and I stat up the handler as a master while you stat up the handled as whatever you think is best for it.

Also, quick info dump for everyone. Master Chief is a member of a group in Austrlia called the Northsdale Five. They fought an invasion by a race called the Layar who at this point have stopped fucking with earth except for the occasional tourist. There's a race of monster people who are building an island in the middle of the ocean to live on. They almoat all have some form of cybernatic enhancement, that's style of Steampunk which they think is the height of fashion. Also, dragons have a council that works with the UN. Fun stuff.

Not Really. She's basically a Magi who uses directed Air current with a high velocity and Sheer making her able to use air to cut things in half.

I'll list her as Magi.

How you got here: Accidental Mass murdering of an entire small town. It took nearly eight hundred D-class IRIS units to capture me while I was scared. Turns out later that this was a front and I murdered four hundred more D-class IRIS units before a restraining unit was engineered to limit my abilities. I was assigned a Handler equipped with the Access Remote to my Electromagnetic Disruption Unit, or EDU, as well as a fail safe: A deadman-switch wired to his heart that will detonate the Miniature Tactical Nuke wired into my EDU in case he is killed. The switch is wired to only detonate if my Vectors kill him.
