Personal Skill: No One Left Behind: When an Ally falls to 0 HP, Leland gains +1 MOV

Personal Fault: Hold Steady: When Leland takes damage and is over 50% HP, his MOV drops to 0 for his next turn.
Change this one to: "When an Ally falls to 0 HP, Leland gains +1 MOV for the next player phase" I know what you mean but best to remain precise with our language.

This is insane, that's probably a guaranteed down in some situations and literally any enemy could trigger it. Please pick something less tormenting. Perhaps just a -1 penalty to MOV, or pick a trigger that's rare as heck? Personally I don't like faults that mess with MOV, it can slow down the whole game if the party's trying to stick together (I mean knights do that too but they've at least got the DEF to back it up).

I'm fine with MOV skills (or faults!) myself... But yeah, while I'd normally be all for you tormenting yourself with a PF, that's a little unnecessary.

Better?
Add Silver weapons and you're good (else it wouldn't trigger at all in the late game). With a PF that hardcore I'd be fine with it if you changed your PS' bonus to +2 or +3.

+3 MOV is out of the question, and frankly +2 MOV is still a bit nah because of how MOV is a lot more granular than the other stats when it comes to scale.
But... yeah, iron/steel/silver weapons is fine for the PF. I'm esoteric enough with weapon choice that it might actually not trigger sometimes
