What I find interesting about Robo is that he is a interesting character with an interesting backstory.

Unlike... just about every robot in any videogame and I am including Old Republic.

HK-47 actually has an interesting bit in the droid factory cut content for KOTOR 2. You can play it with the Restored Content mod.
